This is a delicate hand-made item please treat it with care and it will last you a long time. This should not be left in extreme heat or cold. It should not be dropped on the floor and should be handled with care. Do not throw in the bottom of a purse or backpack. You will damage your lanyard beads. Hang when not in use. Your lanyard will last you a long time if you take proper care of your beads and lanyard. To clean your beads use mild soap and water.

Any shipping issues or return to sender packages based on customer shipping input error will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
